Booking and Discount Policy

Discounts on Base Rate Only: All offered discounts are applicable exclusively to the total base rate of the booking. For the avoidance of doubt, such discounts shall not extend to or be calculated from any ancillary charges, which include, but are not limited to, cleaning fees, service fees, or other surcharges.
Advance Booking Requirement: Promotional discounts are applicable only to bookings made 21 days or more in advance of the check-in date. This policy is in place to avoid compounding discounts on last-minute rates, which may already be reduced.
